Returns

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Personalized or custom items.
    • Gift cards.
    • Items marked as final sale.

Process for Returns:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email our customer service team at sn@uniq.global with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Instructions:
    Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

Refunds

  1. Processing Time:
    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

  2. Faulty or Damaged Items:
    If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
