Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. -
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
